Bought these to do a bit extra in the house when don't get to the gym. I can lift heavier but these are perfect for smaller/lighter workouts. These are an all round great job especially for very limited space in the house. These and a bench and your flying!

This item is really impressive for the price, especially with the dumbbells included. No setting up needed, the cushioning is nice and deep, easy to move positions. Does have a strong chemical smell when unwrapped so needs ventilation to remove.
