Solid handles. Really well made. Perfect for heavy walks and shrugs. To go very heavy you will need to use steel or cast plates. With bumpers adding more than three 25kg plates will be a struggle. Only gripe is that there is no knurling on the handles, which are smooth powder coated. Will need to find a solution for that. Happy otherwise.

Very happy with the handles. Very good quality - solid, good welds, good balance, space to load quite a few steel 20kgs (less bumper plates, maybe 3x20s possibly four - I haven’t tried). The handles have a knurl - not sharp, comfortable and provide a good grip on bare hands without straps. I’d recommend them if you considering your options.

There is not one negative thing I can say about these farmers walk handles. What an amazing piece of kit! Quality metal. Wonderful brush finish. Take my Olympic weight plates easily. Absolutely love this addition to my training. No more awkward kettlebell walks.
Got these farmers handles as they looked heavy duty....They are heavy duty.
Very well made, 1st time using them up and down my close with 20kgs on each, omg what a burn. Have done a lot more Shrugs now with these. Have to say for the money, they were the cheapest I found. The quality is 100% decent. 1st time using the website, very easy,good email communication, quick ish delivery.

Amazing piece of kit and fab supplier.
I am 5ft2 and with bumper plates I am just about tall enough to use these, obviously if you are shorter these would be better with fractionals or tri plates. But fab quality.
