Terrible customer service. Terrible damaged products - stay clear

Already owning northerns 4,6,8,12,16 and 20KG kettlebells and being super impressed with the quality and finish I purchased the 24 to complete the set.
The finish is terrible, the painting is shocking and there are multiple sharp shards sticking out on the handle. This shows a clear lack of quality control.
I did send an email to northern who agreed with me that the item they sent me was sub standard and offered a return and replacement, but by the time they had received and inspected my return then processed and sent a replacement it would be too late for what I actually needed it for.
Left me really disappointed and unsure if I’ll use northern again.

Ordered a set of Kettlebells and after a week messaged them to say the haven’t arrived, then said they will send some more out which never materialised , then said they were delivered, they were not.
Absolute waste of time, no refund and no kettlebells.

I ordered these after returning a set of Taurus vinyl coated cast iron kettlebells, that were just a terrible design. And these cast iron bells from Northern Gym Equipment are far superior, I just love everything about them. The quality is great, you get exactly what it says on the tin, the design in terms of handle thickness and space between handle and bell is in the correct range, unlike the Taurus bells I returned, and best of all, they came at an amazing price. I also had a 20% discount on top which really put the cherry on the top.
They work well for all main movements like swings, snatches, cleans, squats, etc. And I couldn't recommend them enough!

Second order from this place, second no fuss, no messing, no long wait times experience. Will be using again very soon .

Great quality but arrived with multiple scuff marks. Doesn’t bother me too much as got a garage gym that only I use. However, it was disappointing.

Northern Cast Iron Kettlebells - 18kg

The kettlebells themselves are excellent, easy to use and very well finished. I bought them as a 3 for 2 offer and the first two were shipped vie DHL and arrived the next day….the ‘free’ kettlebell was shipped separately via Evri and despite being given tracking details, Evri said they never picked up, while Northern insisted that they had and simply had not updated the tracking. After a week of back and forth via email, they eventually shipped a replacement via DHL which arrived 4 days later. They did reply to all emails within 24 hours, but a right pain in the neck to actually get the 3rd item. Whether Evri was at fault, or Northern were mucking about will never be known, but it soured an otherwise excellent purchase.

The kettlebells are excellent quality, they arrived wrapped up well and within a couple of days of ordering! I purchased the 16,20,24kg set and an 18 and 28kg kettlebell, an excellent addition to my home gym!

First kettlebells, I ordered 8, 12 and 16kg (on offer). Happy with the purchase. They are compact, so easy to store, handles seem just the right size for me. And they look good too. Pleased with the purchase.
