- Reverse Lunges: Stand tall, take a step backwards to place your rear foot squarely on the balance pad, and lower your hips until your back knee hovers just above the floor before pressing powerfully through your front heel to return to the start.
- Elevated Press-Ups: Assume a plank position with both hands shoulder-width apart on the exercise foam balance pad, then lower your chest toward the balance pad and press through your arms to lift your body while fighting the wobble of the balance pad.
